Non-accessible content

Despite our efforts to make our website accessible, we are aware of some limitations, some known and others outside our control because they come from third-party apps. These limitations are described below:

• The photo galleries in product cards on phones and other touch devices can only be scrolled by swiping. With a keyboard the additional photos cannot be browsed from the card, while the link to the product remains reachable.
• In the main menu, the items that open a submenu have a structure that some screen readers may not announce correctly. Keyboard navigation works.
• Some features of the site are provided by third-party applications, in particular the wishlist, the store locator, the withdrawal form and the virtual assistant chat. Their code is not under our control and the content of the chat window has not been checked.
• Some elements inserted by these applications may lack a title or a text label, or may have colour contrast below the required level. Where possible we have corrected them with changes on our own site, but an update of the application could bring them back.
